1.1 We will endeavour to ensure that your confirmation voucher is emailed to the address provided on the booking form.
1.2 If, for any reason, you have not received your booking confirmation, you must contact us immediately. No refund is available for no-shows or if cancellation is received less than 72 hours before your scheduled car-park arrival.
1.3 If you haven’t received an email, please retrieve your confirmation via Manage Booking by entering your Email Address and Mobile or Vehicle Registration Number, then selecting “Search Booking By Email Address.”
1.4 Please click “More Info” on product(s) for any additional surcharges, operational hours, limitations, or details about the service provider. Any additional charges are levied by the service provider/car park independently and bear no relevance to Comparison Parking Ltd or our advertised prices.
1.5 Comparison Parking Ltd acts only as a booking agent for the featured car parks. We do not provide parking services ourselves.
1.6 Your contract is with the individual car park and you are subject to their Terms & Conditions, which may include liability limitations. Full car-park Terms & Conditions are available on request.
1.7 Any claims in respect of parking services (e.g., collection/delivery of vehicle, damage to the vehicle) must be made against the service provider and are subject to their Terms & Conditions.
1.8 We cannot accept liability where performance of the contract is prevented by events such as war, threat of war, riots, terrorist activities, natural disaster, fire, industrial disputes, epidemics, government action, or adverse weather conditions.
1.9 All parking is subject to the individual car park’s terms. You expressly accept that any claim for damage or loss caused by the service provider must be made against the service provider.
2.1 Ensure you have your booking confirmation voucher and/or booking reference when you travel. This identifies you as a Comparison Parking Ltd customer and enables the service provider to verify your booking.
2.2 It is your responsibility to obtain the chauffeur’s telephone number and arrival procedure before departing for the airport. Missed bookings, flights, or issues arising from failure to obtain this information will not be reimbursed by Comparison Parking Ltd or any affiliates.
2.3 Remove all possessions and leave only the keys/codes required to move your vehicle. For efficient operation, you may be required to leave your keys with car-park staff unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the site (Park & Ride) or terminal (Meet & Greet). Please check your vehicle carefully before leaving.
2.5 Before leaving the vehicle with the car park, ensure it is roadworthy, taxed, and holds a current MOT (if applicable).
2.6 If the car park charges you because correct procedures were not followed or you do not arrive on your booked date/time, Comparison Parking Ltd may be unable to obtain refunds on your behalf and cannot provide receipts for extra charges. Contact the service provider for any such receipts.
3.1 All prices are for pre-booking.
3.2 All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
3.3 Check “More Info” for any additional surcharges. These are charged independently by the service provider/car park and bear no relevance to Comparison Parking Ltd or our advertised prices.
3.4 Some car parks cannot accommodate high-sided or unusually wide vehicles or may charge extra. Check “More Info” or contact us before booking.
4.1 Under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, contracts for leisure services on a specific date/period are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. Cancellations are therefore subject to these Terms.
4.2 All cancellations must be made directly through Comparison Parking Ltd (not with the car park).
4.3 You must use Manage Booking to cancel online.
4.4 No refunds are available for unused part-stays.
4.5 Non-flex rate bookings cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded.
4.6 Bookings made within 24 hours of departure cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.
4.7 Less than 24 hours’ notice from departure: no refund.
4.8 More than 24 hours’ notice from departure: cancelled bookings are subject to a £20.00 admin charge.
4.9 Booking amendment charges are non-refundable. If you cancel after an amendment, a £20 admin charge plus any amendment charges will be deducted; the balance is refunded to your original payment method.
4.10 Date changes (extending or reducing stay): once modified, bookings become non-flex (cannot be amended again and are non-refundable if later cancelled).
5.1 If cancellation notice is more than 5 days before departure, you may opt for a voucher for the paid amount minus £5 (saving £15 versus a cash refund).
5.2 Voucher validity: 24 months from issue.
5.3 You must cancel via Manage Booking to receive a voucher.
5.4 Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers/offers.

6.A.1 More than 72 hours before departure: £10.00 plus any price difference.
6.A.2 72 to 24 hours before departure: £20.00 plus any price difference.
6.A.3 Less than 24 hours before departure: cannot be amended.
6.A.4 You must use Manage Booking to amend online.
6.A.5 Date changes must be actioned via Manage Booking only; using other contact methods can delay processing.
6.A.6 Date-change charges apply to both increases and decreases in days.
B. Other Booking Details – admin charges
6.B.1 More than 72 hours before departure: £2.99.
6.B.2 72 to 24 hours before departure: £5.99.
6.B.3 Less than 24 hours before departure: cannot be amended.
6.B.4 Amend via Manage Booking only.
6.B.5 “Other booking details” does not include date changes (see 6.A).
6.B.6 Such changes must be actioned via Manage Booking only; other methods may cause delays.
C. Non-Flexible Products
6.C.1 Non-flex rate bookings cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded.
7.1 Benefit: If you overstay your booked period (e.g., flight delay) and the car park charges the daily rate (typically £25–£45/day), the Late Return Cover applies.
7.2 It reimburses extra parking costs for up to 48 hours from the original booked return date/time when the delay is justified and documented.
7.3 Proof required: submit evidence (e.g., boarding pass, flight confirmation, delay notification) within 3 days of return.
7.4 Acceptable reasons: flight delayed >6 hours or cancelled.
7.5 Exclusions: delays caused by events outside company control (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, industrial disputes, extreme weather, epidemics, natural/nuclear disaster, fire, government regulations/advice, airline scheduling due to congestion/closures), or personal factors (illness, bereavement, trip extensions, negligence).
7.6 You must open a claim via Manage Booking and raise a Support ticket within 3 days of return.
7.7 Unless otherwise stated, no refunds are due where amendments/cancellations arise from factors deemed beyond the company’s control.
8.1 Please arrive at the car park/terminal in good time to meet airline check-in requirements.
9.1 Your vehicle must be roadworthy (valid Tax and MOT). If not, or if you cannot show proof of a new application at collection, you will be refused service and no refund will be due.
9.2 Comparison Parking Ltd is not responsible in any way once the vehicle has been handed to or returned by the service provider or while in their care.
9.3 Service providers accept no liability for faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the ring. You must ensure the driver receives the correct keys/fobs and any starting instructions.
10.1 Comparison Parking Ltd will consider complaints on your behalf. Submit via our support desk with all relevant documents/receipts.
10.2 We aim to reply within 28 working days of receipt. You will be informed of any delay and the reason.
10.3 All complaints regarding service provision must be lodged within 24 hours of your return to the UK; later complaints may not be considered.
10.4 If you encounter a problem at your car park, inform the service provider immediately to give them the opportunity to rectify it.
10.5 Failure to notify the provider at the time may make later complaints difficult to pursue.
10.6 The service provider reserves the right to move the vehicle within or outside the car parks (by driving or otherwise) as they deem necessary for efficient operation, emergencies, or to avoid accidents/obstructions.
10.7 The service provider will make reasonable efforts to assist in any registered complaint; however, assistance is not guaranteed.
11.1 These Terms apply only to bookings made directly through this website.
11.2 As booking agent for the service provider, Comparison Parking Ltd is liable to you only for losses directly arising from our negligence in processing a booking.
11.3 Our total liability to you for all claims arising from use of this website and materials is limited to the amount paid for your booking (parking plus booking fees) paid to Comparison Parking Ltd via this website.
Regulation 6(b) of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 states that contracts for the provision of transport and leisure services where the supplier provides services on a specific date or within a specific period are exempt from the traditional cooling-off period. Cancellations are subject to the contractual terms agreed within these Terms & Conditions.
Comparison Parking Ltd may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time; your continued use of this website (including telephone bookings) will be subject to the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of use.
The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) covers all London boroughs, including Heathrow Airport, from 29 August 2023. If your vehicle does not meet emissions standards, you must pay £12.50 when driving within the ULEZ (including Heathrow). Set up Auto Pay to avoid penalties. The operator is not liable if you receive a penalty for not paying the ULEZ charge. We strongly recommend using Park & Ride if you use a non-ULEZ-compliant vehicle at Heathrow. Meet & Greet companies may move your car between storage/transit car parks; without Auto Pay, you may incur penalties.
